About This Guide
Enquiries from this site go to Australian Migration Lawyers. This site does not compare law firms.
What is this site?
Canberra Migration Lawyer Guide is an information publisher on Canberra and ACT migration law: ACT Government nomination, the Canberra Matrix, and review of refused visa decisions. It is not a law firm, a lawyer or an adviser, and nothing on it is legal advice.
Each figure on the site carries its source and the date of the page copy it came from. It adds no named people, offices, awards or results.
Who receives enquiries?
The form on the enquire about a Canberra migration matter page sends your message to Australian Legal Partnership Pty Ltd (ACN 656 815 539), trading as Australian Migration Lawyers, the registered law firm. Sending it does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
The practice states on its own site that it bills by fixed fee or milestone, with government charges billed separately. Its terms limit any free initial consultation to certain matter types, which do not include skilled visa or ACT nomination matters. No Canberra office is claimed here.
Which sources does it use?
ACT Government migration pages, the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal and legislation.gov.au. Each page lists the pages it relies on.
Readers who want a Canberra immigration lawyer can use the form. The site links to no firm.
